This is a big haul for the week and I definitely made up for my lack of book buying last week. That said, my used book store stop only cost me $19.08. The beginning of the month is always good for the mail and review copies. And I treated myself at the bookstore on my daughter’s birthday by buying the signed first edition because we wouldn’t be celebrating her day without me, would we? Moms should be celebrated on their children’s birthdays! Narcissistic, maybe. True, yes! An excuse to buy a book, absolutely.
